Multiple reports of narcotics sales at Bristol apartment led to arrests of two men

Two men have been charged after police allegedly discovered a gun, ammunition, multiple narcotics and drug paraphernalia during a search of an apartment in Bristol.

In October, the Bristol Police Department‘s Narcotic Enforcement Team reportedly received multiple complaints of narcotics sales at an apartment on Race Street, according to the department.

Police said an investigation was initiated and detectives were able to develop probable cause to obtain a search warrant for the address.

Members of the Bristol Police Department executed the search warrant on Tuesday. During the search of the apartment, investigators allegedly seized a Beretta pistol, ammunition, crack cocaine, fentanyl, various pills, U.S. currency, packaging material, and a digital scale, according to police.

Two men who were at the apartment at the time of the search were detained, police said.

Noah Celestin, 22, is charged with possession with intent to sell and drug paraphernalia and was held on a $25,000 surety bond.

Brian Davis, 58, is charged with possession with intent to sell, drug paraphernalia, criminal possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, criminal possession of ammunition by a convicted felon, and illegal sale/transfer of pistol. According to police, Davis has multiple previous convictions for narcotic violations. He was held on a $100,000 surety bond.
